- COMPUCON is set up as a corporation.
- The only available product is the first Graphic User Interface system for embroidery. The system is running on R.I.S.C. processor named ACORN ARCHIMEDES.
- Development of improved editions for digitiser and interface.
- Development of the COMPACT system for embroidery machine management and function optimisation.
